Our B&B is located in Via Guicciardini, between the Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace, 5 min walk from Piazza della Signoria. We have no shuttle service but from Florence Airport you can catch a taxi (30 €) or the tramvia to reach the city center.
Do you have a place to store luggage before check in and after check out?
yes, we have a storage room located at the Hotel La Scaletta (where the reception is - opposite side of the street) where it's possible to store your bags before check-in and after check-out.

You can drop your luggage off when you prefer and the room will be at your disposal from 3.00 p.m.
How much does parking cost?
Parking costs around 30€ per 24h, for a normal size car. The price can go up to 45€ for bigger car like van, bus etc...
We have by mistake booked in for Oct 16 leaving Oct 17. Can we change the booking to Arriving Oct 15 and leaving Oct 16. Thank you. Liz and Bobcochlan

Are there any size restrictions for dogs allowed?
we don't have size restrictions for dog, we only recommend not lo leave the dog alone in the room.
Since we are 3 people can we get an extra cot or small bed in the room as it shows only 2 twin beds or 1 queen bed. Thank you
If you are 3 adults you have to book a triple room, we can put a baby cot (not in the economy room) for children 0-3 years old.
